Course creators: These steps work the same way whether you're a student or a course creator. Your email is tied to your Ruzuku account, not your role. Change it once and it updates everywhere — login, course notifications, and student communications.

How to change your email

  1. Click your photo or initials at the top-right corner of the page and select Account.
  2. Edit the Email field. Double-check for typos.

  1. Click Update at the bottom of the page.

You can now sign in with your new email address, and all course notifications and announcements will go to that address.

Tip: If you see an error when updating your email, it usually means another Ruzuku account already exists with that address. Email support@ruzuku.com and the team will help sort it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose access to my courses if I change my email?
No. All your courses stay connected to your account. You will simply sign in with your new email going forward.
I get an error saying the email is already in use. What does that mean?
This means another Ruzuku account is already registered with that email address. Contact support@ruzuku.com and the team can help merge or resolve the accounts.
