Supported browsers and devices

In this article: Which browsers, operating systems, and devices you can use to access your Ruzuku courses, including requirements for live video sessions. All Plans

Ruzuku works in your web browser. There is no app to download.

Browsers

Use the latest version (or one version back) of any of these browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Most modern mobile browsers work as well, including Chrome and Safari on your phone or tablet.

Operating systems

  • Windows — latest two versions
  • macOS — latest two versions
  • iOS (iPhone and iPad)
  • Android

Live video sessions (webinars)

Ruzuku's built-in video meetings use WebRTC, a technology built into modern browsers. For the best experience in live sessions:

  • Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on a computer.
  • On an iPad or iPhone, use the latest version of Safari. Older Safari versions may not support live video.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to download an app?
No. Ruzuku works entirely in your web browser. You can access your courses from any device with a supported browser.
Can I use Ruzuku on my phone?
Yes. Open your browser (Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone) and go to courses.ruzuku.com. Everything works on mobile.
Video is not working for me. What should I try?
First, make sure your browser is up to date. Then try refreshing the page. If that does not help, try a different browser (Chrome is the most reliable for video). See Getting technical support if the problem continues.
