Send free invitations to securely enroll students

Invitations allow you to invite people to your course for free. It's the most secure way to enroll students for free (because invitations cannot be shared), and they allow students to bypass any payment process.

*Important Note: Invitations are only available on paid Ruzuku plans (Core & Pro). Users on a free account can enroll students via price points.

Launch the Manage Course menu and look for Invitations under Sales & Signups.

Click the blue "Invite Students" button

Enter the email address of the students you wish to invite, and send away!

And if you have a large number of students you want to invite, you can use the bulk invitations feature by clicking the "load a CSV file" hyperlink:

Your students will receive an email with a link to join your course. Once the invitation is filled, it cannot be shared or used again.

Hot tip! Use Command/Control + K to launch the Manage Course menu anytime you are editing.
