View your course dashboard

In this article: How to open the Course Dashboard and use it to check revenue, enrollments, student progress, and recent activity in your course. All Plans

Before You Start

The Course Dashboard is your course's home base. It gives you a snapshot of what's happening right now: how much revenue you've earned, how many students are enrolled, who signed up recently, and what comments or assignments are waiting for your attention. It's the first thing you'll want to check when you log in.

Open the Course Dashboard

  1. Open your course and press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the Manage Course menu.
  2. Click Course Dashboard in the Content column.

What You'll See

The dashboard shows a current overview of your course at a glance:

  • Revenue earned from enrolled students
  • Total enrollments and recent signups
  • Student progress across your course
  • Recent comments and assignment submissions
  • Quick links to Modules & Lessons and the Launch Checklist

Scroll down to see more details and recent activity.

Tip: Check your dashboard regularly during a live cohort. It's the fastest way to spot students who may need encouragement or follow-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the dashboard update in real time?
The dashboard refreshes each time you open it. You'll see the latest enrollments, revenue, and activity as of that moment.
Can my students see the Course Dashboard?
No. The Course Dashboard is only visible to you (the course creator) and any co-instructors or admins with access to the course.
