In this article: How to adjust how often you receive email notifications when new students enroll in your course.

When you'd use this

By default, Ruzuku emails you each time a student signs up for your course. That's helpful when you're launching and want to see every enrollment come in. But once your course is getting steady sign-ups, you might prefer a daily digest or want to turn notifications off entirely.

You can set a different notification frequency for each course, so a high-traffic evergreen course can be quieter while a new launch course sends you every update.

Change your notification frequency

  1. Open the course you want to update.
  2. Go to Manage Course (Ctrl+K or Cmd+K) and click Course Settings.

  1. Click Notifications in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose your preferred email frequency.

  1. Click Save.
Tip: This setting is per-course. If you run multiple courses, set the notification frequency separately for each one based on how closely you want to track enrollments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I turn off signup notifications completely?
Yes. In the Notifications section of Course Settings, select the option to turn off enrollment emails for that course. You can still check enrollment activity anytime from the Students section.
Does this affect notifications my students receive?
No. This setting only controls the emails you receive as the course creator. Student-facing emails (like welcome messages and enrollment confirmations) are separate.
