How to change your password

Click on  https://courses.ruzuku.com/login and click the Forgot Password? link.

You'll then see a screen where you can enter your email address, and we'll send you an email with a link to bring you right to your account without having to remember your password.

The email we send you will be titled "one-click sign in for Ruzuku". Be sure to check your email filters and spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox within just a few minutes.

You'll be brought to a special login screen asking you to reset your password. 

Type in your new password and you will automatically be logged into your account!

Still can't find a way to change your password? Send us an email ( support@ruzuku.com) and let us know you're having trouble signing in to your account. 

During normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern), we'll figure out what's causing the problem within a few hours (or less) and send you the information you need to be able to sign in.
