Reset your password

  1. Go to courses.ruzuku.com/login.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the login form.

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Ruzuku account and submit the form.

  1. Check your inbox for an email titled "one-click sign in for Ruzuku." Click the link in the email.

Tip: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some email filters catch automated messages.
  1. You'll land on a page asking you to set a new password. Type your new password and you'll be logged in automatically.

That's it. Your new password is active and you're signed in.

I didn't receive the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from Ruzuku with the subject "one-click sign in for Ruzuku." If it's not there, make sure you entered the same email address you used to create your account. Still nothing? Email support@ruzuku.com and we'll help.
Can I change my password without resetting it?
The Forgot Password flow is the primary way to update your password. Use the steps above to set a new one anytime.
I'm a student trying to reset my password. Does this process work for me too?
Yes. The same Forgot Password process works for student accounts. Go to courses.ruzuku.com/forgot-password and enter your email address.
