Does Ruzuku charge transaction fees?

In this article: A clear answer on Ruzuku's transaction fee policy and what payment processing fees to expect. All Plans

No. Ruzuku charges zero transaction fees on all plans. You keep 100% of your course revenue.

You pay your monthly or annual Ruzuku subscription, and that's it. When a student buys your course, the full sale amount goes to you (minus standard payment processor fees from Stripe or PayPal).

Payment processor fees

Stripe and PayPal each charge their own small processing fee for handling transactions. These are standard fees charged by the payment providers, not by Ruzuku:

  • Stripe: Typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (varies by country and plan)
  • PayPal: Varies by region and account type

These fees are deducted by Stripe or PayPal before the funds reach your account. Ruzuku has no involvement in that processing fee.

For example: If a student pays $100 for your course through Stripe, Stripe takes roughly $3.20 in processing fees and deposits $96.80 in your Stripe account. Ruzuku takes nothing from the sale.
