  • Modules, lessons, and content uploads. Build your course structure with text, video, audio, downloadable files, and discussion prompts.
  • Three course formats. Full Access (self-paced), Calendar-Based Release Dates (cohort), or Individual Release Dates (evergreen drip).
  • Built-in live meetings. Host video conferences with up to 60 participants or presentations with up to 250, directly inside Ruzuku. No extra software needed.
  • Sales pages. Every course gets a built-in sales page where students can learn about your course and enroll.
  • Payment processing. Accept payments through Stripe (single payments, payment plans, and subscriptions) or PayPal (single payments).
  • Discussions and community. Add discussion prompts to lessons and create course-wide discussion forums.
  • Assignments. Students can submit work for your review and feedback.
  • Coupons. Offer discounts and free trials.
  • Zoom integration. Connect your Zoom account to host meetings through Ruzuku.
  • Zapier integration. Connect Ruzuku to thousands of other tools.

The Free plan has a limit of 5 student enrollments total. Once you're ready to grow beyond that, upgrade to Core.

Which plan is right for you?

Start with Free if you're exploring

The Free plan is a full working version of Ruzuku. You can build your course, set up payments, create a sales page, and enroll up to 5 students. Use it to test your course idea, run a small pilot, or get familiar with the platform before committing.

No credit card required. No time limit.

Choose Core when you're ready to sell

Core is the plan most creators use. It removes the 5-student limit and adds student tech support, so your students can reach out to the Ruzuku team directly for technical issues (login problems, video playback, browser questions). That saves you from being your own help desk.

Core makes sense when:

  • You have paying students or plan to enroll more than 5
  • You want your students to have access to technical support
  • You're running a course as part of your business (coaching, training, teaching, consulting)

At $99/month, Core pays for itself with a single course sale for most creators. Choosing annual billing ($997/year) saves you $191.

Upgrade to Pro when you need a branded platform

Pro is built for creators and organizations that want full control over their learning environment. You get everything in Core, plus:

  • Custom domain. Run your courses on your own domain (e.g., learn.yourbusiness.com) instead of courses.ruzuku.com.
  • White-label branding. Remove Ruzuku branding and apply your own colors, logos, and styling across the entire student experience.
  • Multiple instructors. Add other instructors and admins to your site. Each instructor manages their own courses while you manage the overall platform.
  • Certificates of completion. Automatically issue branded certificates when students complete a course.
  • Digital products and storefront. Sell standalone digital products (PDFs, templates, downloads) alongside your courses, all from a single storefront page.
  • AI video captions. Automatically generate captions for your course videos.
  • Custom profile fields. Collect additional information from students during enrollment (company name, experience level, goals).
  • Custom terminology. Rename "Course," "Module," "Lesson," and other labels to match your brand language.
  • Site-wide data downloads. Export data across all courses and students in one report.

Pro makes sense when:

  • You want your learning platform to look and feel like your brand, not Ruzuku's
  • You're running a training program with multiple instructors or facilitators
  • You need certificates for professional development or compliance
  • You're selling digital products alongside courses
  • You're building a platform for an organization, company, or school

At $199/month (or $1,997/year, saving $391), Pro is designed for established businesses that need a professional, branded learning environment.

Zero transaction fees

Ruzuku charges 0% transaction fees on every plan. Free, Core, and Pro.

When a student pays $100 for your course, Ruzuku takes $0. You only pay standard processing fees from your payment provider:

  • Stripe: approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
  • PayPal: approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (rates vary by country)

For a $100 course sale processed through Stripe, you'd pay about $3.20 in processing fees and keep $96.80. Ruzuku takes nothing on top of that.

This applies to every transaction on every plan, with no caps or volume limits.

How billing works

Monthly and annual options

Core and Pro each offer monthly and annual billing. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of about two months:

  • Core: $99/month or $997/year (save $191/year)
  • Pro: $199/month or $1,997/year (save $391/year)

Cancel anytime

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Switch plans anytime

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

  • Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you're on a monthly plan, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. If you downgrade from Pro to Core, Pro-only features (custom domain, certificates, multiple instructors) will no longer be available after the transition, but your courses and student data stay intact.

Payment methods for your Ruzuku subscription

Ruzuku accepts credit and debit cards for plan subscriptions. Your subscription is managed through your account settings.
