• We host weekly Office Hours on different days and different times to accommodate a variety of schedules and timezones. Click here for more information (including the dates/times and the link to join).
• We also have special training videos and support if you've migrated from the classic Ruzuku platform to the new one (you're currently on the new platform if you're not sure). Click here for more information.
• The quickest way to reach our support team is to email us at support@ruzuku.com. We will respond within our business hours (M-F 10am-6pm ET) as soon as we are able.
• Remember: We also offer technical support to your students, so please welcome them to email us directly (support@ruzuku.com) if they need help using Ruzuku!
