How to reset your password
- Go to the Ruzuku sign-in page.
- Click the Forgot Your Password? link below the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address you use for your Ruzuku account and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for an email titled "one-click sign in for Ruzuku". Click the link in that email.
- You will land on a page where you can type a new password. Enter your new password and you will be logged in automatically.
Tip: If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Password reset emails sometimes end up there.
Still cannot get in?
Email support@ruzuku.com and let the team know you are having trouble signing in. During business hours (Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Eastern), you will typically hear back within a few hours or less.
Frequently Asked Questions
I never received the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, try submitting the reset form again with the same email address. If you still do not get the email, contact support@ruzuku.com for help.
Can I change my password even if I can still sign in?
Yes. You can use the same Forgot Your Password flow at any time to set a new password, even if you are currently signed in.
