Delete or remove invitations

If you sent an invitation by mistake, or no longer want someone to have free access, you can delete the invitation before they accept it. Once deleted, the enrollment link in their email stops working.
Note: Deleting an invitation only works if the person hasn't accepted it yet. If they've already clicked the link and enrolled, deleting the invitation won't remove them from the course. To remove an enrolled student, go to Manage Course → Students instead.
Delete an invitation
- Open your course and go to Manage Course → Invitations (under the Sales & Signups column).

- Select the invitation(s) you want to remove by checking the box next to each one.

- Click Remove.
The invitation is deleted. If the person tries to use the enrollment link from their email, it will no longer work.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if the student already accepted the invitation?
If they've already enrolled, deleting the invitation doesn't remove them from the course. To remove an enrolled student, go to Manage Course → Students, find the student, and remove them there.
Can I re-invite someone after deleting their invitation?
Yes. After deleting an invitation, you can send a new one to the same email address at any time. Go to Manage Course → Invitations and send a fresh invitation.
