Sign in to Ruzuku
- Go to courses.ruzuku.com in your web browser.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign In.
You'll land on your My Courses page, where you can see all the courses you've created or enrolled in.
Tip: Bookmark courses.ruzuku.com so you can get to the sign-in page quickly next time.
Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password or can't sign in:
- Go to courses.ruzuku.com and click Log In.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address you used when you created your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from Ruzuku. Click the link inside to set a new password.
If you don't see the reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder. The email may get filtered there by mistake.
Troubleshooting login issues
"Incorrect email or password" error:
- Double-check that you've entered your full email address and password correctly. Watch for extra spaces or autocorrect changes.
- Try the password reset steps above to set a fresh password.
Not sure which email you used:
- Search your inbox for a welcome email from Ruzuku or from the course creator who invited you. The email address that received it is the one tied to your account.

Can I use a different email address to log in?
You need to use the email address that's associated with your Ruzuku account. If you want to change it, see Change your email address. After updating your email, use the new one to sign in.
I never set a password. How do I log in?
If you enrolled in a course through an invitation link and never set a password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a link to create a password for the first time.
Can I stay signed in so I don't have to log in every time?
Ruzuku keeps you signed in for a period of time on the same browser. If you find yourself getting logged out frequently, make sure your browser isn't set to clear cookies when you close it. Using a bookmark to courses.ruzuku.com also helps you get back quickly.
