Find your Ruzuku account

In this article: How to track down your Ruzuku account when you can't remember which email you used, think you might have multiple accounts, or need help getting back in. All Plans

It happens. You signed up a while ago, maybe from a different device or with a different email address, and now you're not sure how to get back in. Here's how to sort it out.

Check your email inbox

The fastest way to find your account is to search your email for messages from Ruzuku.

  1. Open your email and search for "ruzuku" or "courses.ruzuku.com".
  2. Look for welcome emails, course enrollment confirmations, or password reset messages.
  3. The email address that received those messages is the one tied to your Ruzuku account.

Check all the email accounts you commonly use. If you have a personal and a work email, search both.

Try signing in with different emails

If searching your inbox doesn't turn anything up:

  1. Go to courses.ruzuku.com.
  2. Try signing in with each email address you might have used.
  3. If the email is recognized but you can't remember the password, click Forgot your password? to get a reset link.

If you enter an email that doesn't match any account, Ruzuku will let you know. That tells you to try a different address.

Check for multiple accounts

Some creators end up with more than one Ruzuku account, usually because they signed up with one email, then later enrolled in someone else's course with a different email. Each email address creates a separate account.

If you suspect this is your situation:

  1. Search your inbox for Ruzuku messages across all your email addresses.
  2. Try signing in with each one at courses.ruzuku.com.
  3. Note which email addresses work.

If you have courses and content on one account but you've been logging into a different one, the support team can help you consolidate. Email support@ruzuku.com with the email addresses involved and describe what you need.

Still can't find it?

Email support@ruzuku.com with:

  • Your name
  • Any email addresses you might have used
  • Any details you remember (course name, when you signed up, the name of a course creator whose course you enrolled in)

The team can look up your account and help you get back in. They typically respond within a few hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm ET).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I merge two Ruzuku accounts into one?
Contact support@ruzuku.com and describe the situation. The team can help you consolidate accounts so your courses and enrollments are all in one place.
I signed up through someone else's course. Is that a separate account?
Yes. When you enroll in a course on Ruzuku, it creates an account tied to the email you used during enrollment. If that's a different email than the one you use for your own courses, you'll have two separate accounts. The support team can help merge them.
I changed my email address. Can I still log in with my old one?
If you updated your email in your Ruzuku account settings, you need to sign in with the new email. The old one will no longer work. If you're not sure which email is current, try the password reset flow with both addresses. The one that receives the reset email is the active one.
What if I deleted the email account I used for Ruzuku?
Email support@ruzuku.com with your name and any details you remember about your account. The team can update your email address to a current one so you can regain access.
