Manage your students
In this article: How to see who's enrolled, view their payment and progress details, manage course access, and export student data. All Plans
The Students page is your central hub for managing everyone enrolled in your course. You can see who signed up, how they're progressing, what they paid, and whether they still have access. If you ever need to look up a specific student or pull a report, this is where you go.
Access the Students page
-
Open your course and go to Manage Course → Students.

-
You'll see a list of everyone enrolled in the course with their name, email, and enrollment date.
If you have a long list of students, use the search and filter options at the top to find someone by name or email.

View a student's details
Click on any student's row to open a detail panel on the right side of the screen. Here you'll find three tabs:

Payments tab — Shows what the student paid, which price point they used, and the payment status. If they're on a payment plan or subscription, you can see payment history, cancel a subscription, or issue a refund directly to Stripe.

Progress tab — Shows which lessons the student has completed and their overall progress percentage. Student progress is tracked when they mark a lesson as complete.

Profile tab — Shows the student's signup date and bio (if they've added one).

Enable or revoke course access
From the student detail panel, use the Access toggle to grant or revoke a student's access to the course. Turning access off prevents the student from viewing course content, but their enrollment record and data remain intact.
This is useful when you need to remove access for a refund or if a subscription payment fails, without deleting the student's data.
Find discussion posts and participation
To see a student's discussion comments and posts, switch to the Student View of the course and click People. You'll see a list of all students with their progress and participation activity.

Download student data as CSV
You can export your full student list as a CSV file for your own records, email tool imports, or reporting.
-
Go to Manage Course → Students.
-
Click the Download CSV link.

-
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.
The CSV includes names, email addresses, enrollment dates, payment information, and progress data.
