Students have their own Student Help Center with guides written for them — simpler language, student perspective, and step-by-step fixes for common problems.

When a student asks you for help, you can often point them to the right resource in seconds. Here's what's available, organized by the situations you'll encounter most.


"I can't log in" or "I forgot my password"

Share these with students who are locked out or having trouble signing in:

Most common cause: The student is signing in with a different email than the one they enrolled with. Check their enrollment email under Manage Course → Students and let them know which address to use.

"I can't find my course" or "I can't access the content"

If the student is enrolled but still having problems, walk through the creator-side diagnostic: Help a student who can't access your course.


"How do I join the live session?"


"How do I submit my assignment?" or "How do I post in discussions?"


"I'm having a technical problem"

Copy-paste responses for common situations

Here are ready-to-use messages you can send to students:

Student can't log in:

Sign in at courses.ruzuku.com using the email address you enrolled with. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page. If you're not sure which email you used, let me know and I'll look it up for you.

Student can't find the course:

Once you're logged in at courses.ruzuku.com, your course should appear on your dashboard. If it's not showing up, make sure you're signed in with the email address you used to enroll. If you're still stuck, let me know and I'll check your enrollment.

Student needs to join a live session:

Open the course and look for the meeting in the course schedule or on the module page. Click the meeting link at the scheduled time to join. If you're having trouble, check this guide: Join a live session.

Where is the Student Help Center?
The Student Help Center is at support.ruzuku.com/collection/746-participant-support. Students can also reach it from the help link inside their course. It covers navigation, live sessions, assignments, account settings, and troubleshooting.
Can I link directly to a student help article from inside my course?
Yes. Every article in the Student Help Center has a direct URL you can copy and paste into a course message, lesson, or email. The links above all go to the student-facing versions of each guide.
What if a student's issue isn't covered in the help center?
Students can email support@ruzuku.com for technical issues with the platform. For questions about your course content, schedule, or community — those come to you as the instructor.
